Shana
L. Schmidt, Founder and Owner of Business Account Services
started out in the collection field in 1990 as a retail collector
in Texas. She later became a collection supervisor and collection
manager. Upon marrying her husband Chris in 1996 she relocated
to Kansas. She then helped a Kansas bank update their collection
efforts. She brings 16 years of experience and integrity
to
the credit and collection profession.
Business
Account Services was established in May 1998 to help you meet
the specific collection needs of your business. Business Account
Services is based in Wamego, Kansas, and takes pride in providing
a hometown personal service you can trust to be in adherence with
the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
The agency offers complete collection services and client
seminars and ongoing training to help educate the business owner and their
employees on credit and collection topics such as extending credit,
identifying bad debt, reducing bad debt, how to improve cash flow and when
to hire a collection agency.
